These high quality Rugged Ridge headers are available in four finishes: polished 304 stainless steel, non-polished 409 stainless steel, high temperature metallic black ceramic and black painted for a long operating life. All Rugged Ridge designs are extra tough for extreme usage. Flanges are welded 360 degrees to stand up against the hottest conditions. Our polished stainless design gives your engine that new, hot look. Our ceramic coating look great and protects against corrosion and thermal fatigue while increasing horsepower and extending the life your of header. Ceramic headers retain heat better than their chrome or stainless counterparts. Retaining exhaust heat improves air density in the cylinder head’s combustion chamber for enhanced air flow. This improved flow increases the exhaust gas exit velocity, and cuts down on your under hood temperature, resulting in performance gains. Each complete kit includes manifold, gasket, hardware and down pipe flange gasket and is backed by a three year limited warranty against corrosion. The complete bolt on kit includes manifold, gasket, hardware and down pipe flange gasket. All Rugged Ridge headers come with a limited 3-year warranty.
